Getting harder to make real meals and not just live on compliant snacks and call that dinner, due to the anxiety of finals week along with other things. I’m keeping up with a goal of cooking at least one meal a day. It doesn’t help that my sleep schedule is about 6 hours off now.
Day 25 Meals:
- Made a scramble with potatoes, eggs, sausage, kale, and onion for breakfast around 3pm. Had enough for leftovers.
- Made a bunless hamburger for dinner around 11:30pm with leftover Brussel sprouts and bacon, and found some leftover ranch that was hopefully still good.
- I eat a Larabar or an orange when I get hungry between meals. It’s something.
