Becoming a lot easier to meal prep and cook meals – when I don’t have to be on campus. I’ve ditched recipes and started improvising.
Day 16 Meals:
- Grabbed an RxBar for breakfast.
- Made steak and homemade potato wedges with a side salad for lunch. It was actually super easy, although I overcooked the %#*!% out of the steak.
- Think I had an RxBar or Larabar around dinnertime. Isn’t the healthiest but I’m almost never hungry.
