A third of the way there. Been hard to find time to meal prep, but I find ways to get compliant food. Energy levels are up and I’m pretty sure I’ve lost weight. Won’t know until Day 31.
Day 10 Meals:
- Omelet with spinach again, this time with ghee. Coffee with Nutpods.
- Went out to lunch and tried sashimi! (Didn’t eat the soy sauce)
- Leftover shrimp and tomatoes with broccoli.
- Ate some mango slices and goji nuggets from the health food store as an evening snack.
