Whole30: Day 10

Feedback:

A third of the way there. Been hard to find time to meal prep, but I find ways to get compliant food. Energy levels are up and I’m pretty sure I’ve lost weight. Won’t know until Day 31.

Day 10 Meals:

  1. Omelet with spinach again, this time with ghee. Coffee with Nutpods.

  4. Ate some mango slices and goji nuggets from the health food store as an evening snack.
