It’s been ONE WEEK! I’m really tired today. Didn’t get a bit of homework or cooking done.
Day 7 Meals:
- Ate a couple of hard-boiled eggs and a spoonful of almond butter. Coffee with Nutpods.
- Had a coconut cream pie Larabar and a hard-boiled egg for “lunch”. Hasn’t been the most productive day.
- Was too lazy to cook so I ordered Freebirds. Should be compliant unless they added soybean oil or other additives.
- Evening snack: Handful of walnuts.
- Was craving sugar so I had tea with almond milk before going to bed.
