Whole30: Day 4

Been slacking on getting a decent breakfast in. Also need to get more liquids throughout the day – will probably start making vegetable juice to sneak in more veggies and hydration with my constant transportation to campus. Made some hard-boiled eggs for future breakfasts. Wasn’t very hungry today so didn’t eat much, but I stayed compliant with the food restrictions. It’ll get easier. Was extremely tired and headachey today.

Day 4 Meals:

  1. A banana bread Larabar. Slept in and was running late to campus.
  2. Half of a leftover meal of the Moroccan Chicken with sweet potato, onion, and cauliflower rice. Wasn’t very appetizing since I think the sweet potatoes were supposed to be chunks, not mashed.moroccanchicken
  3. Ate the other half of the chicken meal for dinner.
  4. Ate a couple of hard-boiled eggs and a spoonful of almond butter for an evening snack.
