Spent at least 2-3 hours cooking lunch today, but easily preps three more meals for the week.
Day 2 Meals:
- Two hard-boiled eggs with a banana. Coffee with Nutpods creamer. (Not the most ideal combination, but I had to rush to class.)
- Morning snack: Cherry Pie Larabar
- Coconut crusted chicken with zucchini pesto. Made homemade ranch and basil walnut pesto.
4. Morrocan chicken with sweet potatoes and onions (Leftover meal).
