Didn’t go grocery shopping beforehand, so I went to Kroger to buy a week’s worth of ingredients. Luckily I had some meals prepped, so the entire day consisted of leftovers. Was a bit stressful reading ingredients and spending quite a while in the produce section. Total cost: $123.
Day 1 Meals:
- Three hard-boiled eggs with two whole carrots. Coffee with Nutpods creamer.
- Moroccan chicken with sweet potatoes and onions (Leftover meal)
- Afternoon snack: Pecan Pie Larabar
- Cuban pork with onions and peppers with sliced avocado (Leftover meal)
