Whole30: Day 1

Day 2 ->


Didn’t go grocery shopping beforehand, so I went to Kroger to buy a week’s worth of ingredients. Luckily I had some meals prepped, so the entire day consisted of leftovers. Was a bit stressful reading ingredients and spending quite a while in the produce section. Total cost: $123.


Day 1 Meals:

  1. Three hard-boiled eggs with two whole carrots. Coffee with Nutpods creamer.
  2. Moroccan chicken with sweet potatoes and onions (Leftover meal)chicken
  3. Afternoon snack: Pecan Pie Larabar
